1. AFL Drills for Kids - shortball drills

Ages   Senior, U/16, U/14, U/12, U/10.

About
For coaching AFL footballers aged U/10 to senior, you will need groups of 3 players and 2 footballs per group. The length of this drill is 1 metres for seniors, when coaching juniors you should shorten this drill to a more appropriate length. This is a handball exercise to practice quick handballing. Use this exercise early in the training session, or perhaps in between longer exercises for recovery.
